A delicious dish which you can make from the produce in your garden, this is ideal for having guests over at Easter, obviously in addition to all the chocolate!

Ingredients for Asparagus Souffle
Mix the asparagus with the cheese, mayonnaise and onion and place into a large bowl. Beat the egg white into another bowl and fold into the asparagus mixture.
Stick the mixture onto a 2 ½ cup baking dish which has been greased. The dish should be baked at 350 degrees for up to 25 minutes. When it is brown, it is ready to be cooled off and served.
This dish will serve 2 people, so you will have to add more if you are dining with guests. The recipe should take no longer than 30 minutes to prepare and cook.
