Optional Extras Explained
We provide customers with the option to customise their wooden sheds. From wall partitions to window boxes, we're always looking for more ways to modify our sheds. Below is a list of our currently available extras.
Windows
You can add more windows and specify where on your shed.
17" x 21" as standard
Opening Windows
Add a hinge to any of the windows on your shed
Window Boxes
Add a box under any of your windows with the Summer Window option
Window Crosses
Strengthen & stylise your windows by adding wooden crosses with the Summer Window option.
Doors
You can add an extra standard size door (2.5ft).
2ft 10" Door
Instead of your standard width door (2.5ft), make it 2 foot 10 inches wide.
Double Door
Replace standard door with either 4ft or 5ft wide double doors.
Stable Door
Replace your standard door with a horizontally split stable door (2'5").
Shelves
Add shelves to your shed (they can run the length and/ or width).
Partition
Split your shed with a wooden wall partition. Remember to add an extra door to access it!
Extra Height
Do you need more headroom for storage? Raise your sheds roof by adding more boards (each 4 inches in height).
Tanalised Bearers
Avoid damp by raising your shed up from the ground by 2 inches with these rot-resistant tanalised bearers
Extra Floor Runners
Add even more tanalised runners to your shed to increase floor strength. (Our sheds all come with the required amount as standard, add more if your storing very heavy items.)
Onduline Roofing
An alternative to traditional mineral felt, our corrugated onduline roofing is much more durable and will remain weatherproof for many years.
